Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa or wellness operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
• Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and achieving business targets.
• Able to lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Good communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to be placed in any outlet across Indonesia.
