Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-outlet management within the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to oversee, develop, and motivate large teams across regions.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in budgeting, financial performance, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to travel frequently and be placed in any region across Indonesia.
