Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa or hospitality management, with proven leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, service quality, and customer experience.
• Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and achieving business targets.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem solving abilities.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to outlets across Indonesia.
