Qualifications:
- Has experience in front office or guest relations within the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to manage reservations and daily administrative duties accurately.
- Willing to be placed in any outlet across Indonesia.
